Define the workplace you control

An occupied suite can include workstations, meeting rooms, staff facilities and rooms with restricted access. A useful cleaning request identifies these spaces individually. State the approximate suite size and explain which rooms are in use during the proposed cleaning window. Describe your role as owner, tenant or authorized suite manager. If permission from another party is needed, include that fact rather than presenting the whole space as approved. Authority over a leased suite does not automatically extend to shared corridors, lobbies or building restrooms. Cleaning services are provided by Bravo Maids. The tasks and timing are assessed before a service arrangement is confirmed. If the office is being cleared for a change of occupancy, office handover cleaning may be a closer starting point for the request.

Prepare the suite details

  1. AuthorityState your role and which rooms you can authorize for cleaning.
  2. SurfacesIdentify floor materials, work areas and equipment boundaries.
  3. AccessGive occupancy hours, possible windows and entry responsibility.

Set boundaries around desks and equipment

Name the accessible surfaces and floors where cleaning is requested. Explain whether desks will be cleared and whether occupants remain in the work area. Paperwork, devices, cables and personal items can limit what can be reached without handling business contents.

Do not assume that a general office scope includes moving papers, organizing workstations or cleaning sensitive equipment. Identify surfaces that should remain untouched and any material-care instructions you have. The inquiry needs the boundary, not the confidential information or contents of a device.

If preparation by office staff is needed, describe that responsibility before the visit is agreed. A surface that will become accessible later should not be presented as ready now. Changes in desk layout or room use can also change the cleaning scope and should be raised when they arise.

Name tenant-controlled kitchens and restrooms

State which kitchen and restroom areas fall under your authority and provide their approximate count. Describe the accessible fixtures, floor materials and tasks you want considered. A room being used by your staff does not prove that you can authorize its cleaning.

Identify shared facilities that belong to the landlord or another arrangement. Keep them outside the requested scope unless the proper authority can be established. If responsibility is uncertain, explain that uncertainty rather than defaulting to inclusion.

Describe ordinary waste tasks and the permitted disposal location where relevant. Handling unidentified materials, confidential records or specialty waste is not implied. Specialized clinical or industrial cleaning and floor restoration are also outside this ordinary office-cleaning offer.

Floor surfaces also need a specific description. Carpet, tile and other finishes can require different care, and an ordinary cleaning request should not be treated as permission for restoration or coating work. Mention existing damage and any care instructions supplied by the building. If furniture or stored items cover part of the floor, identify that limitation so the accessible area is clear.

Tenant cleaning-responsibility map

Fill this in before you request cleaning for an occupied suite. List each room and area once, then give it one of three marks: yours to arrange, the landlord's or another party's, or not yet settled. Your lease and the building rules decide which mark fits. The map organizes what you already know. It is not legal advice and it does not settle a lease question.

Responsibility map: rooms inside your suite

List the private offices, open work areas, meeting rooms and storage rooms in the suite. For each one, note the floor type. Note whether people work there during the visit, and any surface that must stay untouched. A room you lease but keep locked, such as a records room, still goes on the list. Write that limit beside it.

Responsibility map: kitchens, restrooms and shared areas

Write down every kitchen and restroom your staff use. Then mark who controls its cleaning. A kitchenette in the suite may be yours. A restroom down the hall may belong to the building. Lobbies, halls and elevators need the same check. Mark them as the landlord's only when your lease or building manager says so. Otherwise, mark them as not yet settled.

Responsibility map: limits, entry and approval

Beside each room, add what limits the visit: desks that must not be cleared, equipment that should not be touched, rooms open only at set hours. Then name who can let the visit in and who approves the scope. Leave out door codes, alarm codes and key locations. Describe how entry works instead.

Responsibility map: before you send it

Check each unsettled mark with the landlord or building manager if you can. Then list the rooms marked yours in the rooms field of the request form. Put the shared or landlord areas in the field for areas to leave out. Bravo Maids assesses the cleaning scope and availability.

Request a frequency that matches practical access

Explain the frequency you would like and the conditions driving that preference. Then provide normal occupancy hours and the actual periods when entry can be arranged. They are separate facts: a desired pattern does not establish a usable work window.

Mention building procedures, restricted rooms, parking limitations and the person responsible for entry. Do not place access credentials in the form. Evening and weekend preferences need assessment; this site does not promise availability outside office hours.

Identify who can approve the scope and who pays, including any vendor onboarding requirements. Send the details through the request form. No repeating schedule begins with submission. Bravo Maids assesses the proposed tasks, room authority, access and availability before arrangements can be agreed.

Questions people ask

Are landlord-managed areas included?

No shared area should be assumed included. Identify which restrooms, lobbies, corridors or other spaces belong to the landlord or another cleaning arrangement. The accepted scope must follow the actual room boundaries and your authority to arrange work.

Can cleaning happen outside office hours?

State the work window you would prefer and any building restrictions. Evening, early-morning or weekend requests need assessment; this site does not promise capacity in those periods. Access and timing must be confirmed separately.

Will cleaners move papers or equipment?

Do not assume handling of records, devices or sensitive equipment is included. Identify these boundaries and arrange accessible surfaces as agreed. Describe restrictions without sending document contents, passwords or confidential business information.
