Privacy

Information submitted through this site should relate to your cleaning inquiry and be information you are authorized to share.

Information in the inquiry

The request form asks for details so Bravo Maids can assess the request and respond. It needs your name, a contact number, email, the suite's street address, city and ZIP code, and the cleaning you want. You may also add timing and a rough size. Other fields are optional. They ask about your type of business, your role, who approves the scope and whether the office is in use. They also ask about the rooms marked yours, shared areas to leave out, desks or equipment to leave alone, how often you want cleaning and the hours it could happen. You can add other notes. Your choice about text messages is kept with the request. When you send a request, the inquiry service also gets your IP address and browser type and keeps both with it. The IP address is also used to limit repeat sends. Do not send private business papers. Describe limits around equipment or records instead.

Purpose and handling

Information from a request is used to understand the workspace and the job, confirm what is in scope and when it can be done, and keep track of the inquiry. Companies that support this website and the handling of inquiries may process it only for those tasks. Sending a request does not book a cleaning visit.

Browser session data

There is no visit measurement on this site. During your session the browser keeps the entry page and referrer so they can accompany a request, and keeps an identifier with hashed values for each send so a second attempt is treated as the same request rather than a new one. It does not keep the wording of your answers.

How long we hold request information

We hold inquiry information for as long as it takes to respond and for as long as your workplace stays a customer. Request deletion through the contact page and it will be removed. These records are not deleted automatically when an inquiry closes or a customer relationship ends; deletion happens when you ask for it.

Questions and corrections

Raise a privacy question, or ask us to correct something you sent, through the contact page. Use the same contact details you gave in the request and describe what should change. We may need to confirm who you are, or that you are authorized for the business, before we share or change request information.
